The job description for an Oracle SCM Cloud Mfg & Inventory Consultant includes a range of responsibilities and skills that are essential for the role. Here are some of the key responsibilities and skills required for this position:
  • Lead design and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
  • Configure end-to-end Order Management processes, including pricing, orchestration, and fulfillment.
  • Manage inventory architecture, which includes items, transactions, warehouses, lot/serial control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
  • Implement and maintain Install Base for complete asset lifecycle tracking.
  • Build and streamline procurement processes, such as requisitions, POs, supplier onboarding, and contracts.
  • Integrate SCM with Finance, Manufacturing, Service, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop reporting and analytics solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FAW.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization using Oracle best practices.
  • Prepare process documentation, configuration guides, and test scripts.
