Core Skills
- Excellent communication skills, at all levels. Need to communicate properly with various engineering teams, from Soft Eng to Eng management, from feature owner to leads.
- Engaging, identifying, and documenting customer programs needs
- Tracking customer programs status in ADO ( Azure Devops as a tracking and project management tool)
- Scheduling and running recurring SCRUM meetings with customers and engineers.
- Proactively identifying and communicating gaps in deliverables, milestones, and technical deliverables.
- Helping tech leads and team members align their work to business requirements.
- Summarizing customer program engagements on a weekly basis and sharing consolidated Weekly Status reports(highlights, lowlights, blockers, next action items...)
- Working with leadership to identify potential new growth areas and needs that might arise from the field.
- Great attention to details and skilled at managing multiple, concurrent activities.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
