Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in Java/Spring Boot, React, production automation, databases, monitoring, and enterprise integrations.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Java / Spring Boot: Minimum 5 years of production development experience, including REST APIs, Spring Security, Spring Data, and transaction management.
  • React: Minimum 3 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, hooks, state management, and data grids.
  • Operations Automation and Monitoring: Experience with Linux, shell scripting, Ansible or equivalent tools, as well as hands-on experience with Splunk searches, dashboards, and alerts.
  • Oracle and PostgreSQL: Hands-on experience designing schemas, writing complex SQL, developing Oracle PL/SQL procedures and packages, and tuning queries using execution plans and indexing.
  • Strong understanding of transactions, locking, and database consistency during failed or repeated operations.
  • Production Workflows: Experience building scheduled jobs or multi-step automation involving retries, idempotency to prevent duplicate actions, checkpointing, failure recovery, and rollback.
  • Safe Operational Automation: Hands-on experience personally automating operations such as credential rotation, patching, certificate renewal, or failover, including pre-checks, approvals, health validation, and recovery steps.
  • Enterprise Integrations: Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM APIs for incidents, change requests, and approval validation.
  • Engineering Discipline: Experience with unit and integration testing, code reviews, and CI checks before release.

Additional Useful Experience

Experience with any of the following is useful:

  • Temporal, Camunda, Rundeck, Airflow, JS7/JobScheduler, Spring Batch, or Quartz
  • Secret stores such as Vault or CyberArk
  • OAuth2/OIDC
  • Kafka or Redis
  • Docker
  • Jenkins

What We Expect

The profile should combine strong Java/Spring Boot backend development with React frontend experience and practical production automation knowledge. The candidate is expected to demonstrate hands-on experience building reliable production workflows, working with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, monitoring systems through Splunk, and safely automating operational activities.

Candidates should be able to explain real production scenarios they have personally worked on, including automation design, operational safety, testing, failure recovery, and troubleshooting.
