Job Description: 

͏

  • 7+ years of experience in performance engineering, benchmarking, or systems performance analysis
  • Strong hands-on experience with server/platform performance testing in enterprise or datacenter environments
  • Deep knowledge of industry-standard benchmarks including SPEC, Intel Memory Latency Checker (MLC), STREAM, and similar CPU / memory / storage tools
  • Experience analyzing CPU, memory, NUMA, cache, storage, and network bottlenecks
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux performance tuning and diagnostics
  • Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar
  • Experience designing repeatable benchmark methodologies and regression test suites
  • Ability to interpret benchmark results, help partner teams identify potential root causes, and optimization recommendations
  • Familiarity with modern server architectures from Intel and AMD platforms
  • Experience with telemetry, monitoring, and large-scale data analysis tools (Kusto, Grafana etc.)
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to summarize findings for engineering and leadership teams
  • Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
