Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

• Implementar e dar suporte aos módulos de ITOM: Descoberta, Mapeamento de Serviços, Gerenciamento de Eventos e Saúde da CMDB.
• Desenvolver estratégias de automação usando Flow Designer, Integration Hub e Orchestrator.
• Colaborar com as equipes de ITSM e DevOps para garantir uma integração perfeita e continuidade de serviços.
• Conduzir workshops e sessões de planejamento com as partes interessadas para alinhar os investimentos na plataforma aos objetivos de negócios.
• Monitorar e melhorar a precisão da CMDB, a visibilidade do serviço e a correlação de eventos.
• Liderar atualizações da plataforma e configuração de novos recursos.
Habilidades Requeridas
• Forte expertise nos módulos ITOM e ITSM do ServiceNow.
• Experiência com SLO/SLI, DataDog, Azure e monitoramento de infraestrutura em nuvem.
• Proficiência em scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), integrações de API e análises de plataforma. 
• Familiaridade com processos ITIL e plataformas de gestão de serviços empresariais (por exemplo, BMC, OpenText).
