  • 8 + years of experience as Product Owner or Techno-Functional role leading IS-Retail Project
  • Knowledge of Retail industry and trends
  • Functional knowledge of SAP IS -Retail (Merchandising Management - Assortment, Allocation, Pricing and Promotion)
  • Agile - Backlog Planning, Sprint Execution (Good to have Knowledge of JIRA for Backlog planning, detailing & sprint executions)
  • Good Experience in implementing S4HANA and cloud products.
  • Preferred to have IS Retail Solution implementation knowledge.
  • Good integration experience with third party systems/ tools is desirable.
  • Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadliness.
  • Experience of active involvement with Functional Business Process Owners to identify business requirements, define business process solutions, configure, and test the SAP system and document the business process design and configuration settings.
  • Experience\Training in Agile, hybrid delivery ; Prior experience Designing & delivering SAP S/4 Solution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere and to work with client personnel at various levels effectively is critical.
  • Taking ownership of all the backlogs of Retail Team and closely work with SAP Product Owner for understanding the requirements, translating them to backlogs and drive them to closure as per SAP product standards through self-organized development team
