Job Description: 

Scrum Master with Gen AI

We are seeking a Scrum Master with strong technical understanding of AI and GenAI systems to lead Agile delivery for AI‑driven products. The role combines Agile leadership with technical fluency to enable high‑performing teams working on LLM‑based and data‑intensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master for AI / GenAI teams and drive adoption of Agile best practices
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize AI‑focused backlogs
  • Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks
  • Coach teams on continuous improvement, predictability, and self‑organization
  • Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and sprint progress
  • Enable effective collaboration across onsite‑offshore and cross‑functional teams

Technical & AI Expertise

  • Good understanding of AI / GenAI delivery lifecycles
  • Familiarity with LLMs, multi‑agent systems, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
  • Ability to engage meaningfully with AI engineers and architects on technical topics

Awareness of MLOps / LLMOps and productionization challenges
Mandatory Skills: Agile-Scrum .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
