Job Description
• Must be a Certified Scrum Master
• Must have Handson Kanban experience
• Execute on Scrum Master responsibilities that include organizing and facilitating meetings ( daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos etc.)
• Interface with product owner and key stakeholders (Project Management, Business, QA etc.) to ensure high quality delivery of software projects on time and budget
• Influence team members to leverage, follow and support agile software development practices
• Track internal and external Project dependencies , identify gaps/risks early and establish mitigation plans
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress and maintain process documentation
• Provide accurate and succinct updates and escalations (with business impacts)
• Experience using Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and maintaining Scrum Boards including feature break down to Epics, User Stories, Tasks and Subtasks
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values , procedures, and software development life cycle
• Must be an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Experience working with agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects
• Highly adaptable to changing environment
• Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to coach teams to reach their highest potential
• Must be self-motivated, as well as, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
• Must be collaborative in driving decisions and able to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear sprint performance standards, resolve sprint performance issues, keep team engaged and on task.
• Experience working in the financial industry and aware of basic financial concepts
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, written and verbal
• Self-starter, organized, ability to work on multiple projects and handle multiple scrum teams
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
