Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/ platform/ solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Prior experience as a Business Analyst or QA (core project work, not support roles) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring Scrum principles and practices are followed

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Remove impediments and proactively resolve team blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution

Coach team members on Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement

Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed backlog and clear sprint goals

Track sprint progress using Agile tools and ensure transparency through dashboards and reports

Shield the team from external distractions and help maintain focus on sprint commitments

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and delivery

Support Agile transformation initiatives and mentor junior Scrum Masters if required

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and adherence to Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Total Experience: 6–7 years

Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master

Preferred prior experience as Business Analyst or QA (project-based, not support or operational roles)

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to testing and its execution

    • Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
    • On time deliveries - WSRs, Test execution report and relevant dashboard updates in Test management repository
    • Updates of accurate efforts in eCube, TMS and other project related trackers
    • Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally

No Performance Parameter Measure
1 Understanding the test requirements and test case design of the product Ensure error free testing solutions, minimum process exceptions, 100% SLA compliance, # of automation done using VB, macros
2 Execute test cases and reporting Testing efficiency & quality, On-Time Delivery, Troubleshoot queries within TAT, CSAT score
