Job Description

The BPO Business Development Executive at Wipro Technologies-USA serves as a cornerstone in expanding our Business Process Services (BPS) footprint, contributing directly to the company’s ambitious growth trajectory. This role engages deeply with the sales lifecycle encompassing the identification, cultivation, negotiation, and closure of new business opportunities across multiple verticals including Transformation, HR, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service outsourcing solutions.

Working closely within the vibrant HiTech ecosystem of Seattle, you will be tasked with pioneering strategic sales campaigns that leverage not only your exceptional industry knowledge but also your established network of C-level contacts to secure multimillion-dollar agreements. You'll act as an ambassador of Wipro’s values and capabilities by tailoring value-driven propositions aligned with client objectives and market trends.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable, data-informed sales strategies that consistently surpass revenue objectives and increase market penetration within targeted segments.
  • Managing end-to-end sales processes ranging from initial lead generation through contract finalization and ensuring high standards of client engagement and service delivery post-sale.
  • Facilitating complex negotiations with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, adeptly handling pricing structures and contractual terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams encompassing technical experts, solution architects, and global delivery units to craft compelling, innovative proposals that highlight competitive differentiators.
  • Monitoring sales pipeline and forecasting accurately to provide actionable insights to senior leadership, enabling proactive adjustments to sales tactics.
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer obsession to support Wipro’s position as a market leader in BPS.

This is a dynamic and highly visible role that requires a strategic thinker, persuasive communicator, and results-oriented professional passionate about transformative business process solutions.

Experience, Competencies, and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in consultative sales roles within the BPO landscape, especially in Finance & Accounting, HR, Supply Chain Management, Customer Experience, Knowledge Services, Global Business Services Shared Services, and Intelligent Automation.
  • Proven track record of closing significant deals and establishing enduring relationships with senior executives and stakeholders throughout the HiTech industry, ideally within the Pacific Northwest region.
  • Deep knowledge and practical expertise with outsourced service delivery models, including best practices in sales pursuit, proposal management, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations supported by quantitative business cases and industry insights.
  • Strong leadership skills to operate effectively within a complex matrixed environment, driving collaborative efforts and influencing cross-functional teams for maximum impact.
  • High strategic business acumen with foresight to identify emerging market needs, innovate customer-centric solutions, and proactively seek growth opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Willingness to undertake up to 35% travel for client engagement, industry conferences, and strategic account development activities.
  • Educational background required is a bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related disciplines; advanced qualifications such as an MBA or specialized technical certifications will be advantageous.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00  to $210,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
