The Designit Client Services Partner at Wipro Technologies-USA is a strategic leadership role focused on pioneering new business avenues within the commercial sector, particularly targeting the Hi-Tech industry. This position aims to amplify Designit's presence in untapped market segments by cultivating strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring robust pipeline development aligned with organizational priorities.

This role is key for driving transformative initiatives that enhance customer engagement, elevate Designit's strategic footprint, and deliver measurable business impact. It involves collaborating across multiple internal and external stakeholders to craft compelling value propositions, lead commercial negotiations, and establish Designit as a trusted partner in complex digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development & Pipeline Management

  • Develop and maintain a dynamic pipeline of sales opportunities within the Hi-Tech sector, ensuring alignment with Designit’s and Wipro's growth strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients and partners, building relationships that open doors to new revenue streams.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closure, demonstrating strategic agility and commercial acumen.
  • Spot and capitalize on whitespace opportunities for expanding Designit’s capabilities within existing and new accounts.

Market Development & Strategic Positioning

  • Position Designit as a preferred partner by actively participating in industry forums, thought leadership platforms, and client strategic meetings.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and procurement dynamics to inform targeted business development tactics.
  • Build and nurture networks with key stakeholders including senior decision-makers, procurement teams, and influencers.

Commercial Leadership & Collaboration

  • Formulate and lead commercial strategies for business pursuits, including pricing models, contract negotiations, and governance compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with delivery, design, and client teams to develop competitive and innovative proposals that meet client objectives and profitability goals.
  • Oversee pursuit processes ensuring disciplined management, accurate forecasting, and alignment with financial targets.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Account Management

  • Facilitate smooth transition of won business into delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Support account expansion through continuous identification of growth opportunities in collaboration with Wipro and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote synergy among commercial, design, and delivery teams to sustain high-quality client engagement and long-term account health.

  • Number and magnitude of new client acquisitions and penetration into whitespace within existing accounts.
  • Contribution to overall account growth, regional market expansion, and profitability enhancement.
  • Depth and diversity of senior client relationships across influential stakeholder groups.
  • Effectiveness and success in joint pursuits and collaborations with Wipro partners.
  • High levels of client satisfaction and maintenance of robust account health indicators.

Skills & Experience

  • Substantial experience in business development, strategic account management, or commercial leadership within design, technology, consulting, or allied sectors.
  • Proven expertise in commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract management, and achieving profitability targets.
  • Exceptional ability to develop, maintain, and grow senior-level relationships within complex enterprise and Hi-Tech ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement cycles, enterprise buying behavior, and vendor management frameworks.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of design thinking, experience design principles, and innovation methodologies applied in business contexts.
  • Leadership competence demonstrated through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic influence across commercial, design, and delivery units.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement capabilities that inspire confidence and action.

The anticipated compensation range for this critical leadership role is competitive and will be commensurate with experience, geographic location, and relevant qualifications. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00, reflecting our commitment to rewarding talent and expertise fairly and competitively based on market standards and individual experience.

This position qualifies for Wipro’s comprehensive benefits program, including but not limited to a variety of medical and dental coverage options, disability insurance, paid leave including sick leave, as well as additional paid and unpaid leave options to support personal and professional balance.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
