Job Description
We’re looking for a Lead Social Media Manager to drive impact with one of our leading client teams. In this role, you will join the Designit team that supports Microsoft Cloud Marketing Social and Blog. This world-class, highly visible social team of more than 70 people operate 100+ social media channels and 20+ marketing blogs designed for developers, IT decision makers, IT implementers, and business decision makers. Each month, we publish over 3,000 social posts to help, inform, entertain, and engage community members across the globe. Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SQL Server and Security are just a few examples of the 170 innovative products and services that comprise the Cloud Marketing Social and Blog ecosystem.

Would you like to...
- Act as the primary social media expert for a portfolio of solutions
- Develop and execute strategic plans for organic and paid social media
- Use audience insights and platform trends to guide content strategy
- Approve creative and copy for campaigns
- Align with blog, events, and community teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives as needed
Execution & Collaboration:
- Manage social amplification for demand generation campaigns
- Present strategies and performance insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with analytics teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for execution
- Oversee creative development with design and copy teams
- Potentially manage 1–2 direct reports

We would like you to have...
- 5–7 years in B2B tech marketing; 2+ years in social media strategy
- 2+ years managing and developing teams
- Expertise in major social platforms and digital marketing
- Strong data interpretation and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Microsoft and social listening experience a plus
Experience: 8-10 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
