We are looking for a Digital Compliance & Privacy Specialist to support compliance, security, and privacy initiatives across a global organization. This role focuses on conducting Security & Privacy Impact Assessments, supporting internal and external audits, maintaining compliance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to data protection regulations such as GDPR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal audits related to SOX, compliance controls, and ad-hoc audit activities.
• Support business stakeholders in meeting compliance requirements defined by the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Perform regular compliance controls, including user access management, change management, policy adherence, and other governance activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal audit teams regarding the organization's compliance control framework and ISMS.
• Maintain and update security, privacy, and compliance-related policies and procedures.
• Support responses to data subject access requests and privacy-related inquiries.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Practical knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, and similar standards.
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications related to auditing, compliance, or information security (e.g., CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor).
