Job Description:

TSY-Middle Office.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Perform timely reconciliation of monthly facility interest invoices, rollover activity, and credit-line balances
• Administer, monitor, and optimize multiple revolving lines of credit
• Oversee daily collateral management, ensuring compliance with all margin requirements
• Maintain the Letter of Credit portfolio, including maturity tracking and quarterly-end reporting
• Produce a comprehensive weekly global cash and investment dashboard for senior management
• Prepare counterparty exposure analyses and trend reports
• Validate daily foreign-exchange rate imports and execute FX KYC/AML controls
• Accurately capture, confirm, and amend all treasury trades and related transactions in the workstation
• Develop and refine short- and long-term cash forecasts to support liquidity planning
• Execute day-to-day liquidity management, ensuring adequate funding across global entities

 

Required Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of fixed-income instruments; advanced knowledge is highly desirable
• Prior experience with a Treasury Management System—Wallstreet Suite (WSS) strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and a commitment to data integrity
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Proven aptitude for prioritizing multiple deliverables in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience in working-capital optimization and liquidity management
