Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

- Quarterly Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering detailed quarterly reports on the logistics portfolio, including operational metrics, financial performance, and portfolio insights.
- LP Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of quarterly updates and letters for Limited Partners, ensuring accuracy and alignment with portfolio performance.
- Operational Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key operating metrics to provide actionable insights into portfolio performance and trends.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas) to streamline reporting processes and perform in-depth data analysis.
- Real Estate Expertise: Apply knowledge and experience in the real estate business to ensure accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of portfolio performance.
- Technology Utilization: Use tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to extract, visualize, and analyze data, enhancing reporting efficiency and clarity.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including asset management, finance, and operations, to gather and validate data for reporting purposes.

Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
