This is a 12-month determined contract role following a hybrid working model, with work delivered from our client’s premises in London. Join our team in one of the world’s most dynamic cities and take your career to new heights in a truly international environment, while enjoying the flexibility of combining remote work with time spent in one of the city’s most iconic business districts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the interface between technology organization(s) and the end-user (requestor) as it relates to technological needs.
  • Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business needs that require resolution through custom application interfaces and/or other technical solutions. 
  • Assists in client specification and needs analysis, program interfaces between various applications, test interfaces, and the implementation of projects.
  • Works directly with clients and internal customers to provide ongoing training, answer application questions, support user needs, and recommend solutions

Requirements:

  •  7 - 10 years domain exerpeince 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to transform business requirements into precise functional/technical specifications
  • Strong analysis skills; ability to create business analysis from scratch, ability to troubleshoot data quality issues
  • Ability to work as part of various teams and under pressure
  • Able to prioritize conflicting tasks, identifying what is essential and focusing on such
  • Positive attitude, hard-working and ability to take initiative
  • Additional knowledge on Sanctions, KYC: 

Business Analysis & Documentation:

  • Experience in Agile/Waterfall, BRD/FSD/User Stories, and tools like Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Assist in project execution through JIRA, providing tracking to technical teams and status updates to internal and business stakeholders
  • Create high quality documentation for Business and Functional Requirements
  • Analyze huge data sets, create flow diagrams, prepare high level summaries and workflows
  • Work in close co-ordination with the development leads on enhancements and defects, and assist with troubleshooting / resolution of application bugs and business value added
