Job Description

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional and technical requirements
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions to capture detailed requirements
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
  • Validate solutions against business needs and perform gap analysis
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights
  • Create dashboards and reports for business performance tracking
Mandatory Skills: Java-J2EE .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 57000 to CAD 90000 .
