Job Description
The BPS Sales Director position at Wipro requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in selling BPO/BPS services to the Financial Services/Banking industry, focusing on the mortgage and consumer lending sectors. The role entails cultivating key relationships to drive new business opportunities, from the initial sales pursuit to final closure. As a senior member of the BPS team, the Sales Director plays a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business ventures aligned with Wipro’s strategic growth objectives. Preferred location Eastern US, NY, NJ ͏ Key Responsibilities: · Sell BPS services to mortgage and consumer lending verticals, with a preference for experience in Fintech, mobile banking, online lending, digital payment systems, and cryptocurrency. · Develop a robust sales strategy to meet revenue targets and objectives. · Lead the sales lifecycle, from deal sourcing to closure, encompassing a wide range of services such as customer contact solutions, automation, and shared services. · Create and implement business plans, including prospecting, deal shaping, pricing, negotiations, and customer relationship management. · Articulate a compelling value proposition through effective storytelling and presentations. · Contribute to Wipro's strategic direction as a key member of the BPS Global Business Lin Experience/Competencies/Qualifications: Over 15 years of BPS sales experience in the Financial Services/Banking industries, focusing on the mortgage and consumer lending sectors

- Actively engage and collaborate with diverse client teams to nurture strategic relationships that facilitate growth opportunities and enhance account performance.
- Work hand-in-hand with the delivery organization, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to achieve client success while proactively identifying and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Assist the delivery team in comprehending client requirements, ensuring that communication and reporting are effectively executed back to client teams.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic networking, account management, and ongoing relationship development.
- Engage in thorough data analysis to synthesize insights and present tailored solutions to senior leadership and C-level executives, demonstrating how our services can optimize their operations.

Ideal Experience / Competencies / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in BPO/BPS services, demonstrating a well-rounded track record across various operational areas such as trust and safety, eCommerce, finance and accounting, supply chain, procurement, HR, and contact center operations.
- A rich professional network with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of outsourced solutions, with a strong ability to navigate and influence senior leaders effectively to drive business initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with a natural talent for motivating teams to exceed their goals and adapt to changing business landscapes.
- Strong business acumen, with the capability to strategize effectively and identify opportunities that align with broader business objectives and challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00.
