As a Senior Consultant - Advisory at Wipro, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation initiatives across multiple domains such as Finance, Human Resources, and Shared Services operations. Your primary responsibility will include evaluating existing business processes and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to identify areas of improvement. You will conceptualize and implement future state solutions that align with organizational goals and digital transformation objectives.

In this role, you will lead comprehensive reviews by gathering critical insights from cross-functional teams, synthesizing data to inform strategic decisions, and utilizing advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Visio) to uncover trends and support impactful recommendations. You will prioritize transformation projects in alignment with business priorities, ensuring efficiency and effective resource allocation.

Your duties will also include preparing detailed deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based models to communicate findings, conduct interactive workshops, and present insights to management and client teams. Collaborative engagement with internal Wipro units and external partners will be essential for successful project delivery and stakeholder management.

Keeping abreast of technological advancements, especially in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other automation technologies, will enable you to drive modernization initiatives that enhance operational efficiencies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking experienced professionals who bring a robust background in Business Transformation, Process Excellence, and Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS). Candidates should exhibit strong domain expertise in Finance or HR transformation programs while having hands-on exposure to cutting-edge Digital Transformation initiatives such as Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotic Process Automation.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments characterized by constant change and challenges and possesses a passion for driving operational excellence and business value through technology-enabled solutions.

Exposure to consulting environments or industry experience involving process re-engineering, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder management will be highly beneficial. Mandatory Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies is a critical requirement for this role, as these tools form the backbone of many automation and digital transformation projects at Wipro. Candidates should have a proven track record of leveraging RPA to improve business processes and achieve operational efficiencies.

We require candidates to have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience encompassing consulting or industry roles focused on business transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled change management.

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA graduate from a Tier-1 business school with 2 to 4 years of relevant consulting and industry experience, or
• Graduates with 6 to 8 years of combined consulting and industry experience demonstrating significant accomplishment in transformation projects.
