Job Description
Senior Informatica MDM Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of a strategic Enterprise Customer Master Data Management (MDM) platform for a leading banking institution. This is a Greenfield implementation where the selected consultant will play a pivotal role in building a next-generation Customer 360 solution from the ground up. The platform will replace the bank's legacy Mainframe CRM system and serve as the single trusted source of customer data across the enterprise. 1 The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Informatica MDM with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and banking domain experience, and has successfully delivered enterprise-scale Customer MDM initiatives.
Required Skills: • Architect, design, and implement a robust Customer Master Data Management solution using Informatica MDM Hub. • Lead end-to-end delivery of Customer 360 initiatives, from requirements gathering through production deployment. • Configure and optimize: • Base Objects • Landing & Staging Areas • Match & Merge Rules • Trust Frameworks • Validation Rules • Hierarchy Management • SIF/BES APIs • Ensure scalability, maintainability,
Preferred Qualifications: • 10+ years of overall IT experience. • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub (10.5 or newer). • Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end Greenfield Customer 360 implementation. • Strong hands-on expertise in: • Informatica MDM Hub • Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) • Match & Merge Configuration • Trust Frameworks • Hierarchy Management • SIF/BES APIs
• SQL and Oracle Database Development • Experience integrating source systems through Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
