Job Description: 

Technical Business Analyst

Technical BA works closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, define technical specifications, and support the design and implementation of scalable solutions. They help sequence deliverables based on business strategy and priorities, ensuring that IT efforts are aligned with organizational goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with APIs, data integration, and enterprise system

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical roles
Mandatory Skills: HC - Payor .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
