Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on technical resource who can contribute across development, integrations, and platform stability, aligned to our current D365 landscape and middleware architecture.
Key Skill Requirements
· Strong D365 F&O technical development (customisations, extensions, debugging)
· Extensive hands-on experience with Azure services, specifically:
Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs, ADF pipelines
· Proven experience building and supporting end-to-end integrations between D365 and external systems
· Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for business process automation
· Good exposure to Electronic Reporting (ER) for regulatory/business reporting scenarios
· Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and production support experience
Responsibilities / Expectations
· Develop and support D365 technical solutions and integrations across Finance & SCM areas
· Design and maintain Azure-based middleware solutions (Logic Apps, integrations, error handling)
· Ensure stability of integrations through proactive monitoring and issue resolution
· Support deployments, enhancements, and ongoing optimisation of existing solutions
· Collaborate closely with Domino’s ERP, functional, and partner teams for delivery
AI / Copilot Mindset (Important)
· We are specifically looking for candidates who show interest and exposure to Microsoft AI / Copilot capabilities
· Ability to identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvements using AI / Power Platform
· Proactive approach towards learning and adopting emerging technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem

Experience
· 8–10+ years in D365 / ERP technical roles
· Strong experience in integration-heavy enterprise environments
· Prior experience working in support + project delivery models is preferred
