Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Techno‑Functional Advisor for Infor M3 Financial Management within projects and customer engagements
  • Analyze business finance requirements and map them to standard Infor IPC processes supported by Infor M3
  • Design and implement Infor M3 financial solutions that:
    • Fit documented business requirements
    • Leverage standard IPC‑defined processes (for example, standardized financial flows such as three‑way invoice matching)
    • Minimize customizations and promote best practices
  • Configure and validate Infor M3 Financial Management modules in line with agreed solution design
  • Guide stakeholders in understanding standard Infor M3 finance processes and the implications of deviating from IPC standards
  • Support testing, validation, and solution acceptance from a finance process perspective
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement related to Infor M3 finance, IPC usage, and cloud‑based implementations

Profile

Qualification and Skills

  • Deep functional knowledge of Infor M3 Financial Management, including core finance processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
  • Strong understanding of Infor IPC (Industry Process Catalog) and its application within Infor M3 ERP
  • Ability to translate business finance requirements into standard Infor M3 configurations aligned with IPC processes
  • Techno‑functional capability to work across finance process design, system configuration, and solution validation
  • Advisory skills to guide stakeholders toward standardized, best‑practice solutions rather than custom developments
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other consultants in cross‑functional teams
  • Infor certification in Infor M3 Finance or related Infor M3 domains is a strong advantage

 

Experience Requirement

  • Proven experience working with Infor M3 Financial Management in an implementation, upgrade, or optimization context
  • Experience applying IPC processes to design and implement standardized financial workflows within Infor M3
  • Experience acting in an advisory or lead consultant role, with responsibility for solution design decisions
  • Experience working with customer or internal finance organizations to align system capabilities with business requirements
  • Experience working on an Infor M3 Cloud project is a strong advantage
