Job Description
LEADERSHIP
- Change Management – Generates activity, seeks new challenges to improve work performance, demonstrate an optimistic outlook, and recovers quickly from failure.
- Financials – Cost analysis of Workspace, Technical Hospitality & Soft Services FMG at Hyderabad. Monitor & track expenditure and recommend to management various best practices followed across industry to optimize cost and enhance services.
- Decision Making – Makes sound decisions quickly under pressure, takes calculated risks & rational detailed judgment based on adequate information and analysis.
- Managing the Work of others – Works with an orientation to the future, defines clear and objectives to subordinates. Encourage delegation of work with clear direction and keeps them on tasks, actively supports autonomy and empowerment through appropriate delegation of work and develop a control machenasim for effective delivery of services.
- Motivating and Influencing Others – Create healthy & positive environment for the subordinate team to optimize performance of key deliverables. Motivate subordinates to create positive environment, show them respect, appreciate & recognize good work in order to enhance individual efficiency
- People development - Encourages a culture of continuous personal and work-related improvement through own actions, ensures learning from success and failures, guides and coaches staff. Guide and mentor subordinates to improve their skills & knowledge and build up a team appropriate for delivering services at the highest scale of measurement.
- Problem Solving – Reconciles conflict and probes in-depth relevant information for decision-making. Data analyses in order to draw relevant conclusions, recommend reports to management based on his analysis. Produces new ideas and a range of solutions to meet the demands of the situation.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Optimization – Increase usage of technology in operations, valued as an effective and high performing function within the organization. Key Areas of FMG operations.
- Establish core processes and best practices around facilities planning, scheduling and forecasting that had failed to exist prior, resulting in a significant improvement in operational costs and customer service.
- Develop, implement and maintain efficient administrative policies, processes and services.
- Create metrics and reporting tools for processes to improve information visibility and enhance the ability to set measure and track facility operations.
- Develop trusted partnership with key stakeholders to understand and deliver to their needs.
- Prepare and maintain budget for costing & expenditure, related to different heads to ensure optimum utilization of the resources.
- Drive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for location/s
- Drive EHS program at all the Campuses in location/s
- Assess and evaluate the safety issues for location/s
- Business alignment/ Customer Centricity – Drive and achieve Reliability & trust worthiness in processes / operations
- Define standards & upgrade facilities used by a wide spectrum of employees & customers.
- Employee Connect: Set communication parameters & standards esp. for employee helpdesk.
- Complaints acceptance, issues & requirements to be addressed professional manner.
- Relook & redefine business support SLAs
- Publish periodic dashboard of actionable & achievements
- Conducting Audit, review meeting, huddle meeting with all stakeholder/vendors and review them as per defined SLA.
- Ensure location readiness for all internal and External Audits. Target for no NC’s in the audits.
- Monitor the process of Report and follow up of request & complaints from Customer to superiors/management
- Creating a Forum for Feedback from customers, ensure that feedbacks taken from employees at regular intervals and use it to improve the service delivery standards.
- Liaison with LL for building/ premises operational related concern & challenges.
- Inter-departmental coordination for dispute/ Challenge resolution
- Generate business review documents for management reviews
- Benchmarking of various services rendered by FMG
- Implementation of best practices in organization followed across similar industry.
- Driving various initiatives at site.
Vendor management
- Ensure POs & agreements are in place for all vendors and supplies prior to availing services / material supply.
ADDITIONAL
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
- Monitor & track Budget (CAPEC & REVEX) through dashboard
- Expense tracking and cost analysis of facilities spend.
HEALTH, SAFETY and EVIRONMENT:
- Review Risk Assessments for FMG
- Innovate to create a safe working environment
- Review & implement EHS training calendar
- Ensure compliance with all customer and H&SE processes and systems.
- Accident/Incident reviews for the site.
