Job Description

  • Provide day to day support for SAP Business Content, Business workspace, OpenText Content Management (CE 24.4), Archive Center, Core Capture, and related modules
  • Provide day to day support for OpenText users, including issue resolution and process guidance
  • Monitor system performance, document workflows, SAP OpenText background jobs, and archiving jobs, Core Capture processes
  • Manage user access, permissions, access controls, and compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, and related modules
  • Experience with SAP integration, Extended ECM, VIM, SAP Archiving, Core Capture
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and working with SAP support and OpenText support teams
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and private cloud environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot document management issues across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance processes
  • Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for government workloads
  • Provide day to day support for SAP Business Content, Business workspace, OpenText Content Management (CE 24.4), Archive Center, Core Capture, and related modules

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
