Senior Product / Program Manager - Oracle SCM

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product / Program Manager with 15+ years of experience in driving enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives across supply chain, logistics, and ERP platforms. 
  • The role involves owning product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end program delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals.
  • The candidate will lead Agile/SAFe-based execution across global cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive governance, delivery metrics, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain operations, Oracle ERP, and Pega platforms is essential.
Mandatory Skills: Program Management .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
