We are looking for a senior Practice Leader to build and lead the Industrial Autonomy Center of Excellence (CoE). The role will focus on applying AI, GenAI and Agentic AI across two strategic areas:

  • AI for Design: AI-led engineering, product design, simulation, digital thread, design optimization and engineering copilots.
  • AI for Industrial Operations: AI-led manufacturing, autonomous operations, process optimization, quality, maintenance, energy, digital twins, robotics and Physical AI.

The leader will own the strategy, offerings, solutions, innovation, talent, partnerships and go-to-market for the Industrial Autonomy practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Industrial Autonomy CoE strategy and roadmap.
  • Build offerings across AI for Design and AI for Industrial Operations.
  • Drive solutions leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Industrial AI, Digital Twins, Edge AI and Physical AI.
  • Develop autonomous manufacturing solutions spanning MES/MOM, process optimization, quality, maintenance, energy, robotics and connected operations.
  • Create AI solutions for engineering design, simulation, product development and Digital Thread.
  • Define architectures integrating AI with PLM, MES, SCADA, Historians, ERP, CMMS/EAM, IoT and robotics.
  • Lead customer workshops, consulting engagements, solutioning, proposals, PoCs and transformation roadmaps.
  • Build reusable IP, accelerators, reference architectures and partner-led solutions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI, engineering and industrial domain specialists.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years in Industrial/Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, AI or Digital Transformation.
  • Strong expertise in AI, GenAI and Agentic AI, with experience taking AI solutions into production.
  • Experience building or leading a CoE, practice, consulting organization or large transformation portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering and industrial operations.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Knowledge Graphs, Digital Twins and Industrial AI.
  • Exposure to PLM, MES/MOM, SCADA, IoT, Historian, ERP, EAM/CMMS and robotics.
  • Strong executive-level customer engagement, consulting, solutioning and business development skills.
  • Experience building teams, offerings, partnerships and go-to-market propositions.

i. Contribute to development solutions, proof of concepts aligned to key offerings to enable solution led sales

b. Collaborate with different colleges and institutes for research initiatives and provide data science courses

2. Revenue generation through Building & operationalizing Machine Learning, Deep Learning solutions

a. Develop Machine Learning / Deep learning models for decision augmentation or for automation solutions

b. Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data engineers and IT to evaluate ML deployment options

i. Support on boarding and training to enhance capability & effectiveness
