Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Do

  • Support process by managing transactions as per required quality standards

  • Coordinate, compile and present quarterly valuation reporting for real estate investments in accordance with internal valuation policies, governance frameworks and audit standards.
  •   Review valuation outputs for completeness, reasonableness and consistency; analyze quarter-over-quarter movements, key assumptions and valuation drivers.
  •   Track and report valuation results across real estate products, including commingled funds, co-investments, SMAs and other relevant fund / portfolio structures.
  •  Calculate, analyze and report asset- and portfolio-level performance metrics, including appreciation returns, time-weighted returns, internal rates of return and other valuation-linked indicators.
  •  Perform reporting and analytical review of debt and hedging positions, including mark-to-market movements for interest rate swaps, caps and other derivatives, and assess their impact on asset- and portfolio-level valuations.
  •  Prepare valuation and performance reporting packages for senior management, investment committees, valuation governance forums and internal business stakeholders.
  •  Maintain valuation-related datasets, including asset-level attributes, key assumptions, historical valuation results, supporting schedules and documentation used in quarterly reporting.
  •  Reconcile valuation and performance outputs across internal models, third-party appraisals, fund reporting schedules and internal reporting systems to ensure accuracy, consistency and audit readiness.
  •  Support audit, control and governance reviews by maintaining clear documentation, evidence trails, commentary support and issue resolution logs.
  •  Partner with Asset Management, Finance, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Valuations and regional teams to track submissions, resolve reporting queries and close review comments within quarterly timelines

  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries

  • Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client

    • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
    • Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
    • Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
    • Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
