- Strategic Localization & GTM
- Regional Strategy: Adapt Wipro’s global "Consulting-Led, AI-Powered" narrative to resonate with Korean " large” enterprises.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitors (like Samsung SDS, LG CNS) and identify white spaces in the Korean market for Wipro’s service lines (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Engineering).
- Partner Marketing: Collaborate with local and global partners (AWS, Microsoft, SAP) to execute joint GTM strategies in the Korean language and business context.
- Digital & Operational Excellence : Optimize Wipro’s digital presence in Korea, including localized website content and social media engagement
- Support marketing of Wipro Innovation(or Experience) Lab in Korea

- Brand Marketing
- Strengthen Wipro’s Brand presence in Korea post-Harman DTS acquisition
- Employer Branding : Position Wipro as an employer of choice and support talent acquisition
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of Korean-language whitepapers, blogs, and videos that highlight Wipro’s local successes and global expertise.
- Events Management: Lead Wipro’s participation in major Korean tech forums (e.g., AWS Summit Seoul) and host proprietary "Roundtables" for industry leaders
- Media & PR: Manage relationships with Korean tech media and analysts to improve Wipro’s share-of-voice in the local press.

- Sales Support
- Equipping the local sales team with localized case studies, pitch decks, and "point-of-view" (POV) papers translated and nuanced for Korean business etiquette.
- Collaborate with Sales & Pre-sales to accelerate the new pipelines
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, webinars, executive dinners) to generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop bespoke marketing plans for "Platinum" accounts in Korea, focusing on personalized content for C-suite executives
- Support C-Level and Wipro Leadership including Korea Lead meetings with the customer
- Requirements
- Experience: Min. 8+ years in Corporate Branding, B2B marketing, preferably within the Global IT services or Tech Companies
- Language: Native-level Korean and professional-level English are usually mandatory for coordinating with the corporate (APMEA) marketing team.
- Culture: Deep understanding of culture and the importance of relationship-building in Korean business especially with Samsung, LG, Hyundai, and SK Group
- Travel : Open for international travels for sales & marketing meeting/event/press release
- Report : Reports to Korea Lead (Dotted report to Corporate Marketing Lead)
