Job Description: 

Role Overview:

 

A Service Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the delivery of IT services for our Technology Services division. This dynamic role demands a proactive professional who can establish robust governance frameworks, ensure compliance with service agreements, and foster continual service improvement to support our commitment to excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Service Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive service governance framework to align operations with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Compliance Management: Monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and lead initiatives aimed at optimizing service delivery processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Risk and Compliance Oversight: Evaluate and manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Foster productive relationships with external vendors, managing performance and contractual obligations to maximize value and service quality.
  • Reporting and Communication: Deliver accurate, timely reports on service performance and operational metrics to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
