Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing first-level troubleshooting and resolution over phone and remote sessions for client technical issues.
- Collaborating with internal and external support teams as well as third-party vendors to diagnose and rectify complex issues.
- Recreating and simulating user problems to identify root causes and develop effective fixes.
- Monitoring system-wide outages and promptly escalating incidents to specialized teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintaining clear and timely communication with Level 2 support and management regarding ongoing issues and resolutions.
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service in line with company standards.
- Adhering strictly to confidentiality and security protocols related to company and client information.
- Committing to company policies and demonstrating flexibility by working overtime when approved to meet service demands.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience providing first-level technical support for PC hardware and networking within Windows and UNIX/IBM mainframe environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot a variety of technology issues, including voice communication, WAN/LAN infrastructure, computer peripherals, and user access controls such as password resets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills complemented by strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with users and technical teams.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in high-pressure settings without compromising quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Preferred certifications include Apple Genius and CompTIA A+, reflecting recognized proficiency in hardware and support services.
Experience: 1-3 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $33,000 to $76,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
