Service Level Management (SLM) Manager
Location - Pune, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Mysore, Kochi
Key Highlights
- Primary Goal: Ensure IT service delivery meets agreed targets for existing and new services.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Define, document, agree, monitor, and report IT service levels.
- Design SLA frameworks and produce Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with business and customers to set clear expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement proactive measures and Service Improvement Plans (SIP) where cost-justifiable.
- Reporting & Reviews: Produce service reports, conduct service reviews, and revise underpinning agreements.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 10 years in Service Level Management and 2 years supervisory experience.
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication (written & oral), interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
- Analytical, problem-solving, strategic planning, and execution ability.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, Green Belt (GB), Black Belt (BB).
- Additional Exposure:
- Financial aspects of project management.
- Migration experience.
- Technical Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
