Job Description
We’re looking for a Service transition manager to work in the UK, the Service transition manager will be required to transition multiple projects into production ensuring that the requirements to support are commensurate with business requirements and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Service related documentation like the Service Operating Manual, Service level document etc.
- Track all the ongoing projects across various phases and keep a track of deliverables across those phases/milestones.
- Keep the Project and Service stakeholders informed about the status of pending items from a transition standpoint and plan for future.
- Negotiate and de-conflict situations/scenarios arising during transition between project and service delivery team
- Ability to translate product strategy into a Product Roadmap both from an innovation and compliance perspective
- Network with the Lenders, Analysts, Sales and Implementation teams to keep the roadmap at the cutting edge
- Mentor a team of product managers to detail the roadmap for execution
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Service Transition Management experience within various industries
- Experience of delivering/transitioning services into production and the after-care support.
- Strong Service Level and Service Design experience
- Experience of IT Service management in an ITIL framework
- Experience of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
