Job Description

  • Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architect
Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow Core .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
