ServiceNow Solution Architect – Asset Management & CMDB
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the architecture, strategy, governance, and roadmap for our Enterprise CMDB and Asset Management platform.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring close collaboration with senior technology leaders, platform owners, enterprise architects, and delivery teams across multiple business units.
Job Purpose
The ServiceNow Solution Architect will define and own the overall architecture for the ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM ecosystem.
The successful candidate will ensure the platform aligns with enterprise architecture standards while delivering scalable, secure, resilient, and business-driven solutions that improve service visibility, operational excellence, automation, and decision-making.
The role will drive architecture governance, technical leadership, AI-enabled automation, data quality strategy, and platform innovation across multiple territories.
Resonsibilities:
• Define the strategic architecture for ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management
• Own the long-term roadmap for CMDB maturity aligned with business objectives
• Develop architecture standards, reference architectures, and design principles
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Lead architecture reviews and technical governance forums
• Own enterprise CMDB architecture
• Define scalable CI taxonomy, CI lifecycle, relationships, and dependency models
• Lead enterprise adoption of CSDM
• Design service modelling standards across all technology domains
• Establish governance for CI ownership and accountability
• Architect Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management capabilities
• Design lifecycle management processes across procurement, deployment, operations, and retirement
• Align CMDB with IT Asset Management, Finance, Procurement, and Security
• Improve technology asset visibility across the enterprise
• Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Define integration architecture patterns
• Establish reusable platform capabilities
• Improve platform performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability
• Ensure platform upgrades and new capabilities are adopted with minimal technical debt
Lead enterprise integrations across:
• Discovery Platforms
• Monitoring Tools
• Cloud Platforms
• Identity Platforms
• Infrastructure Management
• ERP Systems
• HR Systems
• DevOps Toolchains
Lead adoption of AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities including:
• AI Agents
• Virtual Agent

• Workflow Automation
• Intelligent CMDB Health
• AI-powered Discovery
• Automated Data Remediation
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI-driven automation.
