Role Summary
Senior pre-sales consultant responsible for solutioning, architecture, and technical win strategy for ServiceNow Workflows. The role involves client-facing solution consulting, AI-enabled workflow positioning, and proposal support across large enterprise pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead ServiceNow pre-sales engagements including discovery, solution design, estimations, and proposals
• Architect end-to-end solutions for ServiceNow Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, Platform)
• Articulate business value, ROI, and differentiation to enterprise customers
• Support RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, demos, and executive presentations
• Mentor junior pre-sales and contribute to reusable solution assets
AI & Innovation Focus
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI, and Agentic AI
• Ability to design and position AI-enabled workflow solutions with governance, privacy, and optimization considerations
Experience
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 10+ years working on ServiceNow.
- Proven experience in a pre‑sales / solution consulting / technical sales role within a system integrator or service provider.
- Strong track record of supporting large, complex enterprise deals.
