Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in supporting IT operations and network activities experience within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across hardware, networking, software, and security domains, along with excellent communication skills to effectively support end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Hardware & Device Support

· Install and configure desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware issues including faulty RAM, hard drives, and power supplies.

· Maintain asset inventory and manage the lifecycle of IT equipment.

2. Network Support

· Monitor network performance and ensure consistent uptime.

· Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

· Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

· Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP configurations, and VPN access.

3. Software & System Support

· Install and update operating systems (Windows, macOS).

· Administer enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365.

· Perform patch management and ensure timely software updates.

· Resolve application errors and compatibility issues.

4. Security & Access Control

· Manage user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD.

· Implement and maintain access controls and user permissions.

· Monitor systems for security threats including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access.

· Support endpoint protection tools such as antivirus and EDR solutions.

5. Helpdesk & User Support

· Respond to IT support tickets and service requests.

· Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.

· Document issues and resolutions using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

· Train users on basic IT practices and commonly used tools.

Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .
