Role Purpose

The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.

  1. Strong background in systems Architectural design in scalable, high performance and E2E solutions.
  2. Familiar with design concepts such as microservices, containerization, API integration Candidate with hands-on experiences with AI technology such as copilot a plus
    Candidate should also be able to drive requirements refinement process with business stakeholders
  3. Experiences in end-to-end payment flows such as Real Time Payments, ACH, RTGS.
  4. Thorough E2E business flows knowledge and implementation experience of Swift Mandates, ISO 20022 Migration, Central bank mandates across major global clearings like SEPA, CBPR+, HVPS+, CHAPS, other industry related regulatory changes.
  5. Experience in APAC countries clearings working experience will be a plus.
  6. Work closely with senior business managers, Enterprise architecture, stakeholders, and Global functional heads to ensure we establish, implement, and adopt constantly evolving product development standards and processes.
  7. Responsibilities include significant inputs into definition of payments product roadmap within Enterprise Payments and subsequently manage product backlog.
  8. Manage the expectations and demands of a multifaceted business, and multiple stakeholders, whilst delivering improved product, BA, and design services across various Enterprise Payment functions/applications.
  9. Accountable for product backlog management e.g. prioritizing tech debt, regulatory, business enablement, and supporting audits.
  10. This leadership role will require close collaboration with functional leads and with business leads across the payments lifecycle from inception to clearing.
  11. Documents HLD (high level design) and functional requirements using SAFe Agile requirement hierarchies (deliverable, epic, story)
  12. Ensures that execution delivery is aligned with product strategy.
  13. Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers.

Required Skills

  1. Experience leading large scale program and project efforts.
  2. Experience in delivering solutions using API, Kafka, Mainframe, and Database.
  3. Knowledge of Operations processes supporting Enterprise Payment execution
  4. Ability to plan and direct routines and reporting to drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
  5. Ability to drive and promote strategy
  6. Ability to analyse decompose business requirements and propose various solutions
  7. Tech Management working in a Technical Environment
  8. To be able to work in team environment and co-ordinate with developers on the day-to-day deliverables using lean agile principles
  9. Liaise with senior stakeholders
  10. Strong problem-solving and communication skills and enjoys a collaborative environment.
  11. Flexible, self-starter, fast-learner – willing and able to quickly learn new products, technologies, and skills.
  12. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  13. Financial services experience with exposure to regulatory requirements within the Payments space
  14. 10+ years overall experience required, experience in organization/program/ product management.
