RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage software subscription requests, approvals, and vendor coordination.
  • Support platform operations and software license lifecycle management, including user onboarding, subscription tracking, and operational governance.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly billing verification and settlement activities based on actual software usage data.
  • Support retroactive billing adjustments, financial reconciliation activities, and reporting preparation.
  • Act as a primary operational contact between end users, development teams, vendors, and internal support organizations regarding platform and license-related inquiries.

ADVANTAGE TO HAVE

  • Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or license compliance operations.
  • Familiarity with software subscription billing models and operational governance processes.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

  • Mandatory for onsite positions to be fluent in Korean, and able to converse in English languages.

MUST HAVE

  • Basic understanding of software licensing subscription models and software asset management processes.
  • Basic understanding of billing, settlement, and operational management processes.
  • Experience in IT operations, IT service management, software asset management, or platform support environments.

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience working on Samsung Group projects or enterprise IT operation environments.
  • Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experiences using ITSM systems and internal asset management platforms (ERP, IRP, or similar systems).
  • Experience supporting software licensing operations, subscription platforms, or SaaS-based environments.

IMPORTANT

  • Proactive attitude toward operational issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to accurately understand and manage requirements from users, development teams, and vendors.
  • Working location is Suwon Samsung Electronics (Near Mangpo Station, 수원 망포역 근처)
