Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive software license management programs using Flexera and complementary ITAM tools, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance adherence.
• Analyze extensive software usage datasets to identify optimization opportunities for license allocation, supporting cost-saving initiatives and minimizing waste.
• Maintain full compliance with vendor contracts and coordinate successful preparation and responses during vendor audits or internal compliance checks.
• Proactively identify underutilized licenses and recommend consolidation strategies to streamline the software portfolio effectively.
• Partner with procurement, security, and IT departments to align software management processes with organizational policies and security standards.
• Manage the rollout, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Flexera agents across company devices to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data privacy obligations are met, and company policies are consistently observed.
• Administer and optimize Salesforce platform licenses and user access controls, ensuring secure and efficient usage of the CRM environment.
• Configure and customize Salesforce functionalities to enhance asset management workflows and support key business processes with tailored automation.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver robust Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights into software assets, usage trends, and compliance status.
• Engage with business stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with existing ITAM processes, improving overall visibility, operational efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Flexera or comparable IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools, with proven ability to manage complex software portfolios effectively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform administration and configuration, preferably with Salesforce Certified Administrator credentials.
• Strong analytical skills enabling detailed interpretation of software usage data, license metrics, and compliance reports.
• Sound understanding of diverse software licensing models, including SaaS, on-premises, and cloud deployments.
• Experience ensuring compliance with audit and security requirements, including supporting audit preparations and mitigating identified risks.
• Capability to create and manage detailed, customized Salesforce reports and dashboards that empower business insights and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data privacy standards and compliance frameworks to uphold organizational and regulatory requirements.
