Job Description

Understanding of GAS network and its Metering module through SAP ISUWorked on UK Link application maintenance support, incident management and change management
activities. Meter reads files processing, Reconciliation process, MPRN billing.Worked on requirement gathering of UKLINK ISU business process, process design, enhancements, FS preparations, process automation, and
improvement for the metering moduleidentification with the SMEs and internal review of test case evidence documents and test status reporting.Critical Thinking: Worked on a technical debt reduction plan to automate user ticket resolution and data intensive
business process optimization.Worked on projects like Exclusions and Exception (BPEM) resolutions which had a majorimpact on industry (Incorrect or missing billing of the meter points). This includes process automation of exception resolutions in SAP and data profiling of the impacted MPRNs.Operational performance reporting (Meter reading, billing), SAP Batch job performance optimization and data
cleansingWorked on SAP ECC 6.0 EHP-5 AMI and HANA DB upgrade project for the US and UK-based utilities companies.Smart Metering (SMETS1 and SMETS2) implementation project for the major UK - utility company.Customization of AMI processes in SAP as per the business requirements
