Role: Solution Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite/week)
Position Summary
The Informatica Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica technologies. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading data architecture efforts, and ensuring best practices in ETL development, data quality, and data governance. The Informatica Architect serves as a subject matter expert and guides project teams in delivering robust data solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end Informatica-based data integration and ETL solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor data engineering and development teams in Informatica best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business analysts, data stewards, and stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• ETL Development: Oversee and participate in the development, testing, and deployment of Informatica ETL mappings, workflows, and processes.
• Data Modeling: Design and review data models, including logical, physical, and conceptual models, to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement and enforce data quality standards and governance policies within Informatica platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize Informatica workloads for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Integration: Integrate Informatica solutions with various source and target systems, including databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
