Role : 

Solution Architect - Architecture

  1. Defining the detailed end to end solution design for products and features in a way that supports the execution of the technology strategy and roadmap, articulating and addressing associated architectural risks, issues, and technical debt.
  2. Translating the requirements created by business analysts into the architecture for that solution, ensuring the products and services meet the customer needs and expected Business Outcomes
  3. Ensuring the design of the solutions are cost effective and maintained through the agile development lifecycle, managing the flow of the backlog of design activities.
  4. Ensuring the NFRs are consistently defined and architected into the design.
  5. Developing and growing a skillset to design for cloud and for resilient, robust, secure, adaptable, and flexible solution.
  6. Effectively manage & escalate risks/issues, to ensure there are no surprises for the PM &/or stakeholder where appropriate.
  7. Providing leadership with individual PODs or working with several PODs to ensure consistency of direction.

 

Requirements

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  1. 5+ years of experience in solution designing and architecture with overall 13+ years of experience.
  2. Capability to influence and champion new ideas and technical direction within the organization.
  3. Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS preferred) & services, Micro services, API Architecture, BPMN e.g., Camunda, Spring boot API, angular js, java, AI background
  4. Knowledge of Data modelling and Data Architecture concepts, security concepts, Architecture design, Business Functional Domains (with at least one function end to end); Operations and Frontline activities
  5. Awareness of Infrastructure Design, Integration concepts, techniques, and patterns.
  6. Experience in stakeholder management & defining solutions based on high level requirements. Ability to collaborate with the Business and Engineers to ensure solutions adhere to principles and direction set.
  7. Excellent Communication skills and the ability to adapt verbal and written communications to the appropriate audience to communicate at the right level
