Enterprise Architect
The Senior Enterprise Architect – Supply Chain will lead the end‑to‑end architecture for a large‑scale product fulfillment transformation program, aligning business strategy with technology execution. This role is responsible for defining the enterprise architecture vision across Order Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory, and Fulfillment platforms, ensuring scalable, resilient, and future‑ready solutions for high‑volume retail and e‑commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise & Domain Architecture
- Define and own the end‑to‑end enterprise architecture for large product fulfillment programs covering OMS, WMS, Inventory, Logistics, and Last‑Mile delivery.
- Develop target‑state and transition architectures aligned with business growth, peak scalability, and omnichannel fulfillment strategies.
- Establish architecture standards, reference models, and design principles across supply chain platforms.
- Partner with business, product, and engineering leaders to translate fulfillment strategy into executable architecture roadmaps.
- Act as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders on supply chain modernization, platform rationalization, and cloud adoption.
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision forums. Lead architecture for cloud‑native, event‑driven, and API‑first supply chain ecosystems.
- Ensure seamless integration across OMS, WMS, ERP, TMS, carrier systems, and external partners.
- Guide adoption of microservices, domain‑driven design, streaming (Kafka), and real‑time fulfillment orchestration patterns.
Delivery & Transformation Enablement
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure architecture is pragmatic, implementable, and scalable.
- Support phased migrations from legacy platforms to modern fulfillment architectures with minimal business disruption.
- Ensure non‑functional requirements such as resilience, performance, security, and observability are built‑in.
Required Skills & Experience
Functional / Domain Expertise
- Deep experience in Supply Chain & Product Fulfillment domains:
- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Inventory & Allocation
- Logistics / Transportation / Last‑Mile Fulfillment
- Strong understanding of retail and e‑commerce fulfillment models, including BOPIS, ship‑from‑store, drop‑ship, and returns.
Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
