Role Purpose:

The hire for this role expected to have deep technical or process expertise, who works with the Solution Architect to compile the elements/costs and descriptions of a solution in support of a sales pursuit. The role is expected to bring expertise at a practice, skill family level.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Bring in deep Technical or process expertise in his /her technical stack. Accountable for activities around solution ideation and solution design.

• Understands business context and challenges to define the vision and requirements for the solution. Recommends potential options, selecting the most optimal option (across RFI/RFP and proactive pursuits)

• Details out appropriate solution, upgrades, replacements, integration, or decommissioning options with practice capabilities/solutions, alliance partner’s solution, assets/tools/IPs

• Assures solution is not only fit for the specific purpose but also adheres to standards and guidelines of the practice solutions

• If scope/top-down pricing changes, supports the Solution Architect to adjust and modify the solution

• Works with the SA to compile the elements/costs and descriptions of a solution in support of a sales pursuit.

BU/ Service Line:

This role can be across any of the Business Units or Service Lines of Wipro. In case of DOP the candidate will undergo a 1-year delivery prior to movement to Presales

Desired capabilities/ skillsets:

• SME experience with strong Technical and Domain knowledge.

• Certification in the practice/sub-practice that they belong to i.e. focus on learnability

• Should possess strong verbal and business communication skills.
