Job Description
“Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing regression testing activities across multiple releases.
Define and implement automation testing strategies to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
Develop, review, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium Java framework.
Manage end-to-end test execution, defect tracking, and quality reporting.
Mentor and guide QA engineers on testing best practices and automation standards.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Review test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and release readiness reports.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing estimates and risk assessments.
Support CI/CD implementation and automated test execution through tools such as Jenkins.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Regression, Functional, Integration, System, and UAT Testing.
Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium.
Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
Leadership Skills
Team leadership and mentoring.
Test strategy and planning.
Stakeholder communication and reporting.
Risk management and quality governance.
Resource allocation and project coordination.”
Competencies
Experience: 3-5 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
