Job title: Scrum Master  
Location: Spring, TX (onsite) ABS
$80-100K
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. The role involves enabling high-performing cross-functional teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement while closely collaborating with Product Owners, Development, QA, and DevOps teams.
Facilitate all Scrum activities including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices to promote self-organization and accountability.
Actively remove impediments and blockers, ensuring smooth sprint execution and delivery commitments.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed, prioritized backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Track and analyze Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown/burnup charts, and cycle time; drive corrective actions where needed.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, release planning, and continuous delivery practices.
Ensure Agile artifacts are maintained and updated in tools like Jira and Confluence.
Promote continuous improvement, Agile maturity, and alignment with organizational delivery goals.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and participate in Scrum of Scrums where applicable.
3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC.
Practical exposure to DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent ALM tools.
Ability to interpret Agile metrics and drive team-level improvements.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Product).

 
Mandatory Skills: Agile Scrum Methodology .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
