Job Description:

 

  • Lead and execute end-to-end testing strategies including manual, automation, API, database, and ETL testing across diverse domains such as Telecom, Healthcare, Loyalty, and Manufacturing.
  • Design and implement robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, Playwright, REST Assured, and TOSCA, ensuring scalable and maintainable test solutions.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts using Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and Python (in progress) to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Utilise CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Git, Azure DevOps, and AWS to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Conduct functional, regression, mobile, and API testing using tools like Postman and Perfecto, ensuring high-quality releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define test strategies, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Leverage AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, TestRigor) to enhance test planning, generate test cases, predict defects, and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Drive test data management using SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata, and MongoDB, ensuring comprehensive data coverage for test scenarios.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, leading initiatives like automation feasibility studies and continuous integration adoption to improve team productivity and reduce test cycle time.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation, documentation (Jira, Xray, Confluence), and quality assurance processes
