Job Description

This role drives the strategy, design, and implementation of scalable PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous enhancement of product development processes.

Acting as a technical leader, this role works closely with PLM program roles and cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance product data management and improve overall product lifecycle processes.

This role requires a strong understanding of PLM systems, industry best practices, and the ability to drive solutions from conception to implementation.

• Define and execute the PLM architecture strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead system studies, proofs-of-concept, and backlog prioritization for PLM initiatives.
• Identify and address process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within the end-to-end flow.
• Ensure PLM solutions comply with enterprise security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on PLM industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
• Design, implement, and integrate PLM solutions with enterprise systems that align with business objectives and improve product development processes
• Drive adoption of standardized processes and best practices within the PLM landscape.

Required skillset:
• Seasoned experience in defining solution, implementation and customization experience in Enovia 3D Exp. 2022x-24x platform
• Confirmed experience on 3DX PLM Implementation for any industry
• Should have worked in Integrating Enovia 3DX application with other Upstream and Downstream enterprise systems & well versed in configuring ER connector
• Should have strong functional and technical implementation experience in Engineering Central, Change management, Variant data management, IP Classification, Part Management, Model based development
• Proficient in configuring, developing and deploying solutions in 3DX Platform and several of their corresponding modules.
• Should have worked in Integrating Enovia 3DX application with other Upstream and Downstream enterprise systems & well versed in configuring ER connector
• Should have extensive knowledge in Aggregation and Transformation processed using CloudView 360 / Netvibes
• Proficient in configuring, deploying, and developing solutions in 3DX Platform and several of their corresponding modules.
• Expertise in Enovia 3DX integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge and experience in 3DX upgrade / migrations
Mandatory Skills: PLM-ENOVIA-Application .
