Job Description

IT Program Manager

Lead enterprise IT and digital transformation programs from planning through execution, ensuring business goals are translated into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive large-scale IT and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop program roadmaps, governance, and delivery plans.
  • Manage multiple projects, risks, dependencies, budgets, and vendors.
  • Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around shared objectives.
  • Lead change management and communicate impacts across the organisation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT program management, transformation, or technology leadership.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional, and multi-region programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, change management, and solution delivery.
  • Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira and MS Project.

 

 

Mandatory Skills: Azure DevOps .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
